    Father in Law Coming HOME!!

I hope you don't find this the wrong way.... as I really don't mean to be negative but I am concerned. Despite his history, if he had to have quadruple bypass... it kind of tells me he has not been taking care of himself... or he has forgotten how. My dad had a triple bypass and he didn't take...

    Father in Law Coming HOME!!

Hospitals suck and glad to hear your FIL will be going home soon. Now is the difficult part... he has to take care of himself... meaning eat right and exercise once he is done healing. This is really easier said than done.

    What to do?

If you are not going to polish, I am sort of not understanding why you would want to move away from touchless. I understand that you have to start somewhere and that you want to avoid further damage, but I would just go all out at this point. Edit If you are not ready to go all out, here is...

    I have sinned...

I try to close my eyes when I get too close to the car. BTW... what I didn't mention was that the car was in the body shop because of a hit and run damage from a NYC cab couple of months ago. The shop did a pretty good job on the body work but not so much on the paint. There were tons of...

Delray Beach, FL (searching for shop that uses polymer sealants)

I wouldn't discount a good detailer because he/she only uses carnauba. A good detailer is not so easy to come by. If you already know of one, maybe just buy a sealant of your choice and ask him/her to use it on your car.

    Guitar detailing 101?

I agree that battle wounds = character I have an Ibanez RG550 that is about 25-30yrs old and upgraded with Dimarzio Evo and Fender Lace Sensor pickups and I personally think its looks pretty cool with all the scars and scratches.
