Best Effective method to remove wax and sealant

:iagree: Regarding Griot's Paint Prep. You can definitely feel the difference drying a waxed/sealed car versus a car that was just cleaned with Paint Prep. Best and easiest way to remove LSP imo. You just wash, rinse, spray Paint Prep all over the car, rinse again then dry.

    Thanks Autogeek!

I recently got an Amazon Gift Card so I decided to treat myself to a jar of Blackfire BlackIce. I ordered it through Amazon from Autogeek, however it shipped out later than it expected. I was hoping to get it today so I could do a full detail and use the wax. Even though it was only a day late...

    Oxidation/Clearcoat failure?

I first noticed it when I was compounding out some hard water spots near that spot. Those spots are gone, but I didn't wanna touch the one in question until I was sure that compounding won't make it worse. Anyone think I can go at it with Uber Compound safely?

    Oxidation/Clearcoat failure?

Hey guys, I have a white spot on my car and I have no idea what it is. Could anyone chime in and let me know how I can fix it? It almost looks like a big water spot: Another angle: Up close, it looks like a bunch of water droplets: Could anyone help? Thanks!

Chemical Guys Customer Service...What a joke...

Not surprised at all. Sorry to hear about your experience, like you said, it's hit or miss. I'd rather deal with AG or Amazon directly.

Chemical Guys Customer Service...What a joke...

I've had bad experiences with them as well, I emailed them asking a question about their APC and it took two messages and 5 days to get a response. Personally I really believe their products are overrated (aside from Citrus Wash and Gloss), the product descriptions are a joke. As stated above...

    Products that attract more dust

Hey guys! For some reason, there is quite a bit of dust in the driveway of my new home. I didn't have much when I used to park on the street at my old place. So I've used quite a few LSP's over the past few months, and I've noticed that a certain few tends to attract more dust than others...

    Swirl Marks after washing

Hey guys! So I spent a good 4 hours last Sunday spot compounding, polishing, glazing, and waxing. My swirls were removed. However, I washed it yesterday. I foamed it, rinsed, foamed it again, then used the 2 bucket method with grit guards with a CarPro Wool Wash mitt. Once done, I dried it...

    Meguiar's Black Wax

^ Totally agree. TW is just cheap garbage, but people continue to use their products just because of the name value. I got a bottle of their Color Magic Black and it was the worst purchase I think I've ever made. I've never had a problem with Meguiar's.

    Meguiar's Black Wax

I recently purchased Meguiar's Black Wax. Unfortunately I don't have any before pics, however the one below is of a G37 coupe after a quick Meg's Gold Class Wash, Meguiars #7 Glaze, then a thin coat of Meg's Black Wax. Now, I didn't notice until afterwards that the wax is an AIO, so...
