    Menzerna and humidity?

Quick question. Theres an overcast...but the weekend is the only time I have to polish. It is about 10-15C and the humidity is 94%. From experience is it worth trying out SIP and 106FF today, or should I wait it off for another weekend? Thank you.

Maybe consider ARO? I have used it 1:1 and it still works wonders on caked wheels... Spray on Amazing Roll Off and watch the dirt roll off!

Car goes into body shop, comes out worse

Never give up! :) I have not used OP before but apparently there is some good working time with the pc. When you spread the polish you are able to see it..and then when your done working, it should be fairly translucent. If this is what you have done, try out the orange pad. Are you also...

Car goes into body shop, comes out worse

Try the white pad first I'm not sure how hard the clear coat is ... if you do a pass and the swirls are still there (most of them) probably means your clear is harder. That would require a tougher pad or tougher polish/compound. Remember to work the polish in slowly because you want to do some...

Car goes into body shop, comes out worse

Always start with the least aggressive combo...in this case the white pad. (thats the best advice i have gotten from AG). Sometimes you can go from orange to LSP...but it depends on many factors..you will have to look at the paint and decide. Check out some of the videos offered on this site...

    Troubleshooting and solutions...

If your using a yellow LC pad..that could be reasons for cloudyness... its a very harsh pad. IF you worked the abbrasive polish in, try ssr1 with a white pad..that will remove anything left for the more abbrasive polish.

    Confused

I just did a 2000 chevy 1500.. used LC orange pad and 106ff. Let me tell you all the swrils and light scratches came right out. Honestly to me it seems like my poorboys ssr2.5 with a little more gloss. It wont pull out deep scratches but try it witha light cutting pad - you will be amazed! One...

doing a detail for a buddy and want it right

Umm im not to sure of the rotary to be honest (i only use PC). XMT360 to restore some nice shine assuming the paint does not need much correction else you will require a more abbrasive swril remover. One thing i spotted was your using of the "wax" that came with the clay system. I had bought the...
