Go for MK2, it’s not make sense that 3401 would be more expensive than MK2. Also 3401 have much less correction ability unless you put quite a pressure on them, and it’s will wear you out pretty quick. Rupes on the other hand could stop spinning, but all you need to do is learning the trick...

He talking about opticoat not GlossCoat. Opticoat is expensive an only authorized installer can do them now. He just want a bit more protection.

Rupes UHS, as one step polish with cutting rate at 8 out of 10 and finish so perfect, I never found any other 1 step compound to compete with them. It also a true Zero dust in any situation as well.

Ceramic coating will not bond on Glaze or any AIO, you can forget 1 year protection here, it would be just months. It would be much better if they use word polish then seal.

URO fiber is my go to MF pad, it will cut a very little less than LC new MF but will finish much much deeper and glossier. You can pair it with FG400 for heavy compounding and still be able to finishing LSP ready with just one step.

I don't know about mckees, but I will never used any of Pinnacle Coating again. Both Surface coating and Black Label V.2 both are very week coating for my country climate, none of them ever exist more than 2 months. Gloss Coat and CQ stay much much longer.
