Once you place the coupon code in, it is applied, then when you put the gift certificate in, it also is applied. If you had multiple coupons, or multiple gift cards they will all stack on each other if eligible.

I too was in Okinawa 1999-2003, and had a 92 R32 GT-R on Kadena, not sure what problems you are having, but I can get you in contact with one of the guys that knows all the shops on the island, and has a R31 that will understand... I believe he is working on Kinser, but may be working on Foster...
