I've been pretty curious about the Dr. Beasleys "coatings"....mainly the plasmacoat and the 1201 coating....yes they're coatings but they apply soo different from other coatings I wonder how good they really are.

yup it's brutal out here in the summer, which was why I completely shyed away from carnuba products....all synthetic/polycharged stuff for this guy....plus I like the hard candy glass look they give. we definitely need to get a detail meet here this fall/winter.

HD speed is amazing....it has a good cross between filling and actual cutting and yields great results....works in the heat and is a breeze to wipe off....it also is practically dustless

light correction/sealant removal/water spot removal....it's so dry here the water just spots up in no time....I'll be using 205 to polish

yea I was thinking to shrink down the sections to half of what u would normally do....this is my first coating as well, which is why I went with EXO cuz I've heard it's very simple to do....and like LNS said it's nothing that a quick repolish can't fix....I'll probably start polishing the car...

I use either a chenille or one of the "official" rinseless wash mitts and get great results....it releases whatever it picks up very easily and also gets into crevices well....I be sure and agitate it good against the grit guard and then even with my other hand before getting started on the next...

I personally don't see the use for dedicated detail sprays anymore....with the boom in waterless/rinseless washes I don't see the point in having a detail spray.... they're not as economical, they don't clean as well and are not as universal. I personally have 3 different "sprays" that I use in...

welp I couldn't help myself, I gave into the desire and ordered it from Amazon to try....it arrives Tuesday and I can't wait to try it! I was gonna try Trifecta but with $10 for shipping it was a real turn off so MAYBE next time

the Griot's like mentioned above is the most solid, best priced, amazingly warrantied polisher u can get....and from what I hear Griot's customer service is above and beyond when it comes to actually having to use ur warranty....plus u can switch backing plates on the gg6 and tackle pretty much...
