    Sunblock and Leather Seats

Interesting to hear about the 1z Blitz. I have eczema on my hands and the Meg's isn't helping, even with gloves. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Ink on leather

Haha! Or put a ban on ink, food, drinks. My car is for transportation. Can't have dirty-making stuff in it. Except the dog. He's got a seat cover. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Chicago Electric D/A Polisher Vibration question

I've used my HF with a 5" plate for many hours. I'm an old(er) woman and didn't notice untoward vibration. OP should exchange the machine for a different one and get a 5" backing plate. If the polisher is that rough, there's got to be a problem with it. Just re packed the grease today, and it...

Managing/controlling compound residue when using compressed air

Maybe a type of repositionable spray glue? I'm also looking for a better way. I usually blow out pads while leaning into the narrow area between my garage and shed, with my trash barrel as a third wall. Not a feasible long term practice. :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Car Magnet Design Review. Need Opinions!

True about the phone pics! I'm thinking a QR code would be good, too. Telephone numbers used to be so easy. We could tell the town by the exchange, and only needed to remember the last four digits. I actually love it when I see a business using a landline number. It seems more established...

Best hose size for shop vac when used to clean interior?

I got the Ridgid auto vacuum kit with the smaller diameter hose and attachments. Much easier to handle and does a good job.

Some of you guys who are charging so little, how do you guys do it?

A friend recently moved to South Carolina, and told me that she gets her car detailed at the car wash for $19. "The inside is all nice and shiny when they're done." I just kept quiet. I'm sure she wouldn't appreciate the quality of a true detail, and is happy with what she's getting.

    Quick headlight restoration ?

Looks great! Be careful, though. Headlights are the gateway to obsession. :)

    Logo Design Feedback Wanted

I'm thinking too hard about the name with the orange in it. I like the idea of using an orange, but maybe somewhere else.

    New Car for Wife

I like the color. It looks a bit lighter than my Breakwater Blue Lexus. :) I seriously love my 04 RX. It's got 170k with no problems. Fit and finish still near new.
