I don't think heats really needed. I get the stains out with elbow grease, I just want something to get the shampoo out. Also I don't have time to wait for a 600 watt heater to heat up a 1.5 gal tank. If I wanted to spend 700+ is just get the Aztec hotrod

I'm new to the biz and I'm trying to save my nickels. Do I need a carpet extractor for heavy soiled carpets? And if I do need one can I get away with using little green bissell for the deep stuck on dirt.
