Are any profitable detailers in here willing to be a mentor of sorts. I've been detailing part time for 8ish years through dealerships and other detail shops, during this time I became proficient at wet sanding, buffing, using a steamer, extracting ect, I have most of the skills required . I got out of the military 2 months ago with a pretty nice pay day and I'm starting my own mobile gig. I've already started the process I have formed a llc, have permit, have a van, equipment, website, marketing material ect. The place I need help is customer acquisition, pricing, services I'm going to offer, customers to target, cost effective marketing strategies and how to educate customers the difference between what I'm offering and the 50$ wash and vacuum guys that calls himself a detailer. If you are willing to help me out please shoot me a private message and we can exchange phone numbers. Any advice is welcomed.
Thanks,
Jason
