Disappointed with collinite 845. All hazy! Any advice?

It was interesting when I clicked on the youtube link. It came up and I saw 2 weeks ago I watched 80% of the video. Literally about 5 seconds away from him talking about the hazing. Fightnews - It was a pretty uniform haze but could see some buffer trails I must have done too thick the first...

Disappointed with collinite 845. All hazy! Any advice?

I will need to try a few of experiments and control sections. I did sort of do that with some areas only washed, washed and compounded and washed compound and Amiga. Two different cars different days. One spot I did zaino over top and it must have removed 845 because no haze at all. I will try a...

Disappointed with collinite 845. All hazy! Any advice?

I've used zaino exclusively for 15 years. In general it has worked great. Maybe shine is a bit boring. I always had silver cars so better shine didn't matter. Now I have a black and charcoal and was looking for more wet look and only driven on nice days. I dont like the zxf mixing. I used to...

Disappointed with collinite 845. All hazy! Any advice?

I was looking for a new option from Zaino. Not a fan of the zfx and clear seal. So i decided to do a full detail and paint correction on my black mustang. First m105 then m205 then Amiga then collinite. I also did a small hood section with zaino and the roof half zaino half collinite with no...

Advice on products switching from Zaino and swirl hiding for multiple cars in family

Sounds good about the possibility of layering glazes. And not I have looked ino more glazes and then more and more options keep coming up. Now I see some great reviews about CG glossowrks too. The collinite 845 sure shows up in a lot of reviews.

Advice on products switching from Zaino and swirl hiding for multiple cars in family

The marring is mostly light to a few deeper that I'm sure nothing will hide it. Just looking for a little help. Zaino seems to do nothing at all especially the z-cs. Also looking to see if any of these other options will protect a little better with marring such as brush against the car with...

Advice on products switching from Zaino and swirl hiding for multiple cars in family

I do have a 6" rotary polisher and a 7" orbital polisher. So far I have only used the m105 and m205 on the black mustang that needed correction. It worked great but just some issues are a little too deep. I'm afraid I will get too thin.

Advice on products switching from Zaino and swirl hiding for multiple cars in family

I have been a Zaino guy for 15 years. Seems to be pretty good. The 2 things I'm looking for differently are hiding swirls a little and also I am not a fan of the ZFX, z-AIO, or the Z-CS. I do still have plenty of the z-8, z-6, soap, z-AIO and Z-CS. The ZFX is a pain as it dries up. I acutally...
