Friend of mine was seeking services on his 2001 Trailblazer (105k miles). He's a bit frugal (can't blame him) so a 1 step was in order. His biggest concern was the interior so the paint just needed gloss restored. Only claying was some areas that had some sap. I wasn't crazy about the lube that came with clay magic but I think it has a cleaning property that is better than just a QD. With this job I also got a chance to try out the Bissell LGM+Heat. I borrowed my neighbors. It's not up to par with a commercial extractor but it's a step above a spray foam, brush and a shop vac.

Tools, supplies and chemicals:
2 bucket method
DG901 shampoo+1 cap of ONR
MF Mitts
Turtle Bug-n-Tar
Leaf Blower
Absorber
Cobra Guzzler/WW
lots of other MF
ONR QD
Clay Magic+lube
303 Aerospace protectant
Meg's GC Trim Detailer
Meg's Vinyl/Rubber Dressing
Eagle One A2Z
Meg's long lasting tire gel
Simple Green 6/1
Stoner IG
PC7424
5.5" Lake Country white
Optimum Poli-seal
Duragloss 105
DGAW
Black Magic anti-static cleaner and protectant (GOOD STUFF)
Meg's quick Interior Detail
Meg's UQD
Mother's wheel brushes
OXO Brushes
Interior brushes
Duragloss-Absorb It (odor spray)
shop vac
Bissel LGM

some before and afters...not the greatest but the important thing is the customer (remember he is tight with a dollar) was very pleased....LOL

thanks for looking!

When you go to Florida State, or course there is haha. Very nice turnaround though. I'm sure it was fun.

I hate the Gators, GO BUCKEYES!

Nice work though... I won't hold the FL Gators against ya... :-)

Looks great, how bout more picture's dublifecrisis. Would like to see more if you got them............

I didn't take a lot of pics. It was getting cold out and I was kinda tired. Pewter isn't the most flattering color anyhow. Sometimes I get good pics and sometimes I wish the light were different or I captured better angles etc...
On the trim I actually used the Meguiars GC Trim Detailer.I let is sit for a while then buff it down a little with a MF. This stuff will run off a bit if you don't buff it a little or if it rains right away. Otherwise I like it.

and to you frustrated Noles and Buckeye fans: CHOMP CHOMP CHOMP!!

Josh-At least we payed thr Sooners back for that defeat they handed y'all a few years back. and if I were a Buckeye fan I would hate the Gators too : )and I guess LSU.

Haha...thanks for the payback. The Gators deserved to win as well as they played all year. Oh, and more pics haha.

Very nice job on the Trailblazer. Does the Meg's GC Trim Detailer last longer than Black Wow?

never used black wow. When it first came out I was hyped up to drop the $ on it but then I kept removing it from my cart prior to ordering. The 4-5 times I've used the Meg's, I'd say it lasts the 'average' time (couple of weeks) depending on the weather. If it's dry and cool it'll last longer.
