I’m excited about this stuff. Its slicker than owl crap, you can slide a microfiber towel all the way across the hood. The longer it cures the better it gets. I done the vehicle last night and this morning before I went to work I was like wow. After work it got even deeper. I was like dang, “dang it boy” The pics I done the sealant has been on for 20 hours. IMO this is pure Sealant no cleaning power, I tried on some spots that would have come right off with DG #501. This stuff is thick about like Dukes Mayonnaise, maybe thicker and has a chemical smell to it. Sorry no grape, lemon or cherry smell. It goes a long way and very easy to come off. To me it looks like someone painted another coat of clearcoat. Big Al told me that this product is an epoxy polymer. I’m sure it’s about like Duragloss or Zaino for that cross link thing that ya’ll hear some talk about. LOL ….Al also told me it was designed for some military equipment or something like that. Hopefully Big Al’s friend will release this to the pubic. 5+ stars…..

That's a great job you have done there, Sparkie. That Lexus is looking it's best! By the way, what's that sealant AL is giving out to everyone??? I haven't got a sample...

Awesome job Sparkie. I too want to know what this top secret sealant is...

Another great "Sparkie" detail. Looks really good as usual.

Great job Sparkie! While reading your post, I had to smile when you mentioned "This stuff is thick about like Dukes Mayonnaise". It made me think of my Father who I'll be visiting next week (he lives in New Zion, SC).

Here, here is a microfiber towel to wipe off all that drool you have left over the sealant ;)

I have always wondered how many products trickle down from the air industry. Products like Rejex, Plexus, 5Star Shine, and others always suggest it came there first.

Well this is not Rejex..5 star...or any none brand on the market...I met this guy last year while I was doing a few boats in New York while fishing....we talked and he told me what he does..and asked if i wanted to try something on the paint...It was the first version he developed...I did the boats and they looked great....

he contacted me in December and had a newer version...and asked if I would like to try it..this is made for military use only right now..infact the Presidents Helicopter wears it and a few other High priority aircraft..also combat aircraft and helicopters and some Navy uses...do not ask me wear its used on them as I do not know....something about on rotors as far as I was told and it DOES not contain any Teflon...

He also makes coating for water pipes to reduce corrision...

he is based out of Buffalo NY...

thickest stuff i ever seen...thicker than mayo

Al

i guess i could check the post but don't have the time...how much time is needed before apllying a second layer ?

Joe..it is fully cured in 48 hours...its a long curing product for sure...it is weather safe in 3 hours...I would wait 24 minimum for a second coat....

I have not even had a chance to play with it except a test hood and my son's Motorcycle tank...

Al

so its safe to say that the curing time is on par with other sealants..i wonder if the sealnt could be ZFX'ed to speed up the curing process ?

Ya'l are making me laugh....:D
Gary, you know Big Al is my hero, and I can't be giving any secret...LOL..
Ed, thank you my friend and you need to check your PMs....

Netspec, LOL....New Zion I sometime go home that way on 378...Just don't used Dukes on your paint it's not the same LOL....Thanks...
AUdakota, heck yeah I want some more of this stuff...
ZoranC HeeHeeHaHa...Thats right.....
Killr I believe a lot of stuff started out for and from the military. Look at WWII we got Nasa years later.
Joe you may be on to something there. Zaino and Duragloss are polymer base as for Big Al sealant is Epoxy Base...
