Well I haven't posted on here in awhile but I got a new car a few days ago and just cleaned it up. The pictures arent the best because it was starting to get dark and my camera only likes full sunlight for good pictures. With the 7424 I used
SSR 2.5
Poorboys Polish with carnauba
EX-P

DP Max Wax by hand

I think it could have turned out better I can still see some water marks and swirl marks. I'll have some questions for you guys later.

I like those cars. I'm looking forward to seeing pictures with more light! Oh, and put some Pinnacle Black Onyx on those tires! ;)

Man those are very nice vehicles. Congrats on the new ride :righton: I do miss my blue RSX :(

Oh well got a better one coming hahaha eventually hahahaha.

Thank you for sharing, vehicle looks great.

Thanks, I totally forgot about the wheels and tires, but I don't even have anything for them. The headlights need help, they are a little foggy on the outside. Next week I'll get to clean up the inside which is not bad. I'll try and get a few pictures tomorrow before I go into work.

Alright I took two quick pictures before I have to leave, it rained last night but you can't really tell.

I've been reading around and thinking about picking up a new swirl remover. I was thinking about going with Menzerna Nano Polish PO106 or some of the XMT. I don't know if my SSR 2.5 is not, strong enough, but the dusting is annoying me so I'm thinking of trying something new. Any advice?

Man that is one cool looking car! Great Job. If dusting is a concern then you should go with the Menzerna or Optimum polishes.

Menzerna is a great product, it's all I use. It does dust a little but it dosen't bother me. Optimum on the other hand has no dusting what so ever, you could combine them and I've read here that people have had great resutls.

Congrats on the new car, looks good. If dusting is an issues, XMT is a good polish or the Optimum. Menzerna does dust a bit, but it is a great product.

Man I love RSX's...I used to be in love with them a lot, but I moved on :p. Nice job on the NHBP! I love that color, especially the metallic flakes. I wonder what's with Honda and foggy headlights. My friend's 04 Si's headlights are getting dull, and my other friend's civic hatch has foggy headlights too, maybe it's just them :p.
If you need a suggestion for tire dressing, Optimum Tire Shine works great! Very easy for me to apply. I just spray it on an applicator and wipe it on the tires. It's a matte gloss, not wet shiny (I don't want tires to shine as much as the car, and it's just too flashy for me).

Yeah the dusting did get a bit annoying so I'll try something new next time. The metallic flakes really surprised me when I noticed them its pretty cool. As for the tire shine I used to use some but it seemed to sling onto the rims, maybe I used too much. Not too sure as its been at least a year since I had some.

Have you wiped off the excess from the tires? THat's what I do to prevent any sling.
