Finally recovered enough to do some very light wrenching. SO after years of wanting new seats cause my driver seat is shot I scored some 03's in pretty good shape. Wired it up and bolted them in and they feel freakin great, they hold my fat but nice and cozy and will feel awesome on long trips. Here they are

Worse part of the install was me hurting my back :BangHead: arthritis in your L2/L5 spine (aka lower back) sucks especially at such a young age. I'm 29 going on 80

Looks awesome. Perfect color for your interior.
What's up with your back? Old injury?

Those seats match perfectly with the interior, good job.

Mixture of old multiple injuries and arthritis on my L2/L5 spine. This is def arthritis pain (joint pain) not muscle, hunched over a little to long. Need to diet to take the stress off my lower back (and knee, suspect arthritis there due to surgery).

Hello 'stang -

Don't neglect the arthritis - please see a specialist. I neglected the signs of arthritis in my hands, shoulder and hip for over ten years - mistake. My family doc had me on naproxen sodium (around 1000mg a day) which helped but not enough. A specialist put me on Plaquenil (actually in a class of medications called anti-malarials something like quinine). It is a long term treatment - didn't have much effect for about three month then it kicked in. Now my hands are better than they were more than five years ago - I'm very pleased.

I bought my Flex XC 3401 largely because of my arthritis and it has been a great machine - no fatigue/tingling after use like with the PC (I used the PC in wood working for years). Flex is great for applying sealer (and of course for polishing)! Thought about using it for wax but the Fuzion goes on/off SOOOO easily, especially using a finger pocket for application, my hands don't bother me.

Regards,
GEWB

The seats look good, wytstang. Quit being such a baby and condition the leather already.

Looking sweet. Fan of cobra's here.

I did my seats a while back 2tone from katzkin.

If I continue to have back problems, I'm going to have to get something done. I went months with no problems then Monday it hit me :(. My physical therapist from my last back injury suggested I may also have arthritis in my right knee from an old surgery as well. Any type of long walks or just trying to exercise I can barely walk the next 2 days and my knee stays inflamed for the rest of the week.

I have a bunch of Leather Master's products on the way, can't wait to use it. I picked up stuff for the Leather and Suede/Alcantara.

wytstang, you're a fatass, aren't you? Don't lie, it's okay.

Now if only Ford had a shifter location that wasn't designed for stretch arm strong :D

I can honestly say I hate that, I'm going to try moving my shift handle to the highest setting to see if I can avoid stretching for third and fifth.
