I used to do so many Harleys through Bruce Rossmeyer's Harley dealership but i think they cahnged management and the new guys never apparently didn't know i was the one the dealership referred all their customers to.
So by the time i went back in just to check up on them i saw all new guys there and they had started using someone else.
That's a good lesson to learn, to continue following up on all the people you do business with.
I had been too busy to notice that i had not from them for a awhile.
Anyway, this one, according to the owner is the #2 serial number of that year. He said the #1 was destroyed by the factory after being tested or used for whatever.
The dealership was trying to buy this one from him to put in Rossmeyer's own museum before his passing.
He decided to hold on to it, despite the hefty offer.
I also have a before video and one of these days i will figure out how to edit videos and make one out of several.
Oh, and those who don't like Metallica, turn the volume down :dblthumb2:
