05 f150 seats dirty??

guys this my truck and everytime a deop of water goes on my seat it makes a dirty looking stain! any type of water so my whole seat looks like it has stains all over, what should i do guys? do i shampoo the whole seat? then vac please help ill will be taken pics later in the day.
 
Had the same problem with my Pontiac Vibe's seats. Trick I found was to hit it with some APC (if there are dirt stains) then take a cloth soaked in water and rung out (so it's wet, but not dripping), then wipe down the area. Rinse the cloth frequently. That way you end up with an even seat color. Nothing else seemed to work for me, but this does, I use diaper cloths as they are cheap and white allowing me to see if I got the stain out or not.
 
You can if you want, usually I vac before, sometime the shop vac pulls out a little more dampness, but with this method they really aren't that wet. If it's really soiled, the shop vac will help pick up any dislodged dirt. So up to you and the seat condition.
