This 05 Edge is a daily driver/commuter/weekend haul-the-family vehicle and it was a little dirty. The paint had swirls and just about what you'd expect out of this year vehicle. Hit the hood and some of the scratches with M105/LCYellow with the PC. Then followed it with M205 and finished with Collinite 845. Interior was done the Wagner Steamer and leather was dressed with Optimum Leather Clean/Condition.

The van was a fun project. It's a limited production Spirit Conversion and reminded me of my old '71 Bay. I did the top one day and the body two days later. The top was severely oxidized and I put 4 hours into it with the PC and some Megs Cleaner Wax. (A few days after that, I ordered a Dewalt rotary.)

I started on the body with some Pinnacle Paint Cleansing Lotion, but it just wasn't doing it for me, so I broke out the M205 on a LCWhite pad. After that, I finished off the entire van with Collinite 845. I hit the wheels with some cleaner wax and the chrome with Megs chrome polish. The rubber and blacks got a wipe down with Ultima Tire and Trim Guard. The tires were getting replaced, so I left them alone.

Nice job Andy! Like the bus not many that look that good!

Gee , great job on those mate ! Should ve take hrs to do both !

Thanks. That bus is a rare find. Someone must have hidden that one away in a hangar or something. The interior wasn't faded. I was a bit bummed that someone along the line had not thought to put spacers behind the spare tire, but that's pretty common, I think. My bay had been mashed in a bit behind the tire.

Looks like that Ford has never seen a wash before. Great job on the van, pretty cool.

They both look great.

Love the sound of an air cooled VW. Like a radial engine in a plane. You know what's coming before you look.
