Wow this thing needed some work. I was hired through family to travel down to Florida to detail a few cars. So not a bad deal when combined with a lil family time and make some money in the process.
The hood and trunk were in really bad shape on this thing. It had severe oxidation and deep swirls along with weird etchings from who knows what. But when you have a black car in florida That doesn't get proper care this is the result. The before pix on top do not really do justice to the condition of the vehicle.

Sounds like you had a lot of fun while making that Pontiac shine to showroom quality

There's black and then there's BLACK! Great save on the goat!

Sent from my SPH-M930 using AG Online

Lol weird etchings down here in FL are usually from the wild life or road debris bouncing around the highways.

Too bad GM stopped production of it & stopped Pontiac altogether !

Hired to travel in order to detail is not something everyone experiences.......but I might if I were being paid!!

That GTO did come out nice and I'll bet you have some very happy customers to boot! :props:

Just a tip...

Hit the [Enter] key after your last line of text a couple of times and then hit the [Enter] key a couple of times after each attachment and before adding another attachment and it will force all your pictures to line up vertically instead of drifting horizontally.

I edited your post to show this.

Thanks mike. I appreciate it

Top job on the GTO mate ! nice before & after comparo .

Thanks. I use the "photocollage" app to do the before and after shots.

I had a friend of mine that recommended it to me because "non-detailers" don't know what they are looking at most of the time. If we can quickly grab their attention and show them how we can fix their paint they are more likely to hire us.
