06 Mazda 3 detailed! (first time detail)

i just did the first detail on my car last weekend with the PC and meguiars 3 step process.
it came out pretty good, got rid of the major swirls, but i still have fine swirl, i'll use pinnacle XMT to get rid of that next week.

Nice looking, I really like them Mazda's. I see you decided to take off your license plate for some pics, lol.
 
yea i took off my front license plate for good! the car looks better without it
 
no offense, but the wheels look like severe brake dust. I take it they are actually that color. Maybe some DP Wheel Glaze to make them glow !!
 
That Mazda looks nice, I like the rims.

I like those headlights as well, very nice.

well the wheels are rota subzero in sport royal bronze, which kinda have no shine at all.
and i kind of ran out of tire shine last week, but yea i'll try to polish/wax the wheels to try and make em shiny.
i will post some updated pictures this weekend after i wash the car.
 
Are you on mazda3forums.com drdelorama? There are a few of us from over there. Nice DDE's too :)

I've found Souveran to be very lovely on that particular color (helped detail a black mica 3i a week or two a go.) I'm itching to see what DP Maxwax would be on that color. Seems to be the wax I would use on most if not all of the Mazda3's.

i would buy the souveran wax, but i don't know if i want to cough up 80 bucks for it,
but yea i'm gonna get the xmt 1 and 3 to remove the swirls i have left.
