This is one from one of the forums I am on.

It was about a 7 hour job, 3/4 gal of water and two snacks.

Interior
Vac'd carpets and seats and the nook and crannies. Then used a water/woolite mix to wipe down interior. The dash/door panels/console received DP Interior Surface Protectant. This stuff looks and works great on interior pieces. I'm on my third bottle of the DP. I like it so much. Leather was conditioned with danase leather rx

Wheels & Tires
Dawn soap a wheel brush and my favorite '16 deep reach wheel brush. The easy part.
Otimum opti-seal on the rims for bling

The Wash
DP 4 in 1 and a mf towel. ONR/water mix in a spray bottel. Sprayed a panel with the ONR and then wiped it down with the DP 4 in 1. Dried with a cobra ww.

The Gameplan
I started with Op/106ff with a org wg pad and the PC. That wasn't good enough so I added Menz PG to the mix. The menz pg made it haze up alittle. So I went to the 3m extra cut, finished up without the hazing. After that went with OP/106ff on a white pad.
Dp Premium Surface Shield Paint Sealent was put on last for the final slick shine

Great job on that vette. Question on the wash. You said you did a panel with ONR and then wiped it down with Dp 4 in 1. May ask what the purpose of using 2 different QD's. I like ONR for a no rinse wash or as a QD.

I just switched over to DP 4 in 1 from ONR. So I had a bottle already mixed from my old stash of ONR. I like to wet the paint first with the spray bottle before I wipe the paint from the bucket mix

That explains it. If I only have light dust, I like to use ONR with a spray bottle. I wet my guzzler and wring it out real well and then wipe off the sprayed on ONR, works great for me. If a little dirty I've also used DP 4 in 1 with a wash bucket. That also works great, but takes a little longer.

I tried DP 4 in 1 first, but I like ONR a little better. It calls for 6 oz. per gallon, but sometimes more is better, so I use about 8 oz. per gallon.

My black is blacker than yo black. I call it blackety black!

Great job!
Question...
On the use of the PG you've said it hazed some. What pads did you use?

Great job, on that black Vette... you mixed OP with PO106FF, huh? 50/50 mix? How is the bite (compared to plain PO106FF)?

I like it when you can't tell where the paint stops and the glass begins:

I saw the title of this thread and knew it was from you. You are the King of Corvettes. Another beautiful detail on a hot car. I see that you're using a lot of DP products. The DP line rocks and for this reason I tend to use it a lot too. The Vette looks great and I love that you included the pic of the owner taking pics. How cute!

Z06-goose- I used the wg low profile org pads

supercharged- I mix it right on the pad, two dabs of each. The OP gives the 106ff a longer working time. And helps the dusting also. With that longer working time, you get a even better finish. Deeper looking then just using 106ff alone.

Ed ... gotta ask why your still using Dawn even on the wheels ?? With Amazing Roll-off, P21S, and others dont you find a wheel cleaner might work as well ???

Glad to see you had two snack breaks, no beer breaks ???

Dude there has to be a better way to take a pic!!!!

Corvette Vert's are commonly coded by color in three area's thus triple black is interior, exterior, and convertible top.

ohhhhhh I see. so if they put some black wheels on it he would have a quad black, thats what I would go for.
