Cool ideas guys!

I think it'd be cool to buy a couple PC's or something to give away to newbies to the hobby. Let them save their money for good polishes and stuff!

As for ME, I don't even know what I'd spend the money on! Probably some coatings, some of the new Black Label products; maybe the 3" GG polisher- who knows!

I think there is two routes you can go with a $1000 gift certificate. The first is to buy a few high end products you could otherwise not justify (like a carpet extractor for those who don't do this professionally, or some high end coatings/waxes, etc.); the other is to stock up on supplies you use all the time and toss in a few inexpensive tools and things to make life easier (Things like pad washers that folks like me wouldn't be able to justify purchasing- not when you'll only polish maybe a couple times all year!)
 
I bet those AG dollars would run out a lot quicker than your own hard earned dollars :laughing:
 
Another thought that just came to me...if I don't win today isn't going to be very productive.
 
I think my problem would be explaining to my wife that the 'rules' require that the first $1000 is on the house, but we need to come up with another $1000 to match it, (or we get nothing). :laughing:

I'd like to start over with the thousands I've spent and do it over again. I could definitely do a much better job this time around. Someone who gets it by making their first post probably needs it the most. Still.... I wouldn't turn it down. This type of promotion reminds me of why I call this place home. Sure would be nice to make it down for a class with that gift certificate.......Hmmm stop daydreaming.....
