I will be getting the flex pe8 kompakt polisher with the 1, 2 and the 3inch green and orange pads, will this remove the defects in this photo, it's about one half to 3/4 inches wide and length, it has 3 coats of clear View attachment 64972

BTW, how will I know if those full spots around the repair have gone thru the clear?

No color transfer, would it still be ok to polish with the kompakt?

Use light pressure and start at speed one on the PE8. Do a pass at speed one and then check your progress. If you're not in a hurry, and if you don't have prior experience with the PE8, it's a good idea to use the tool at the lowest speed setting for just a short amount of time, check your progress and then keep repeating until you're happy. You can always remove more clear coat, but you can't add it back once it's gone.

The tool is super useful, you just have to be mindful about heat being generated on the panel (especially on plastic parts) and how quickly clear coat is being removed in such a small area.

I noticed some paint on the white pad, so i went ahead on a small spot next to where i got paint on my pad, with the orange 1 inch, and menzernas 2500, after a couple of passes, it didnt do nothing, so i went ahead and repainted and cleared, 2 coats apiece, View attachment 64973

You got a true mess there. Perhaps call a professional painter/body shop at this point.

I'm not even sure what I'm looking at. I've sprayed small spots before and it never looked anything like what you're posting here. Most of the time, the spot was almost too hard to see in a picture. That repair can be seen from space. No way that is going to "blend."
