1 Step Product?

XMT 360, if no correction is needed, I dont care for all in one's but 360 is certainly a great product.

Here is a Before and after shot for Optimum's Poliseal with a white pad on a black 02 Ford taurus. It was never kept up well but I was surprised. This may not be good results from poliseal though as its only my 3rd time playing with it. Please give some feed back guys if this is a good result for an AIO product.

I've used xmt360 as well, nice product . I'm doing a onstep process today using Klasse All In One I'll let you know how it turns out. :buffing:

Just to make sure. Your looking for a 1-step polish and then wax? Or your looking for a all-in-one product like Dodo need for speed, and XMT 360?

I'm still wondering this too?

After washing, drying and claying the car, (if claying is needed), do you want to use just one more product? Or did you want to use a product that will clean and polish the paint in one-step and then apply a finishing wax?

If you want to use just one product after washing, drying and claying, then you want a cleaner/wax also referred to as an AIO or All-In-One product.

:)

Anyone Else use Orange pads with AIO's? I was worried about causing paint marring or trials that I would have to clean up with a second step if I used an orange LC pad.

Also still wondering IF the combo produced adequate results on the finish or should I have looked for more of an improvement

I'am going to use a green lake country finishing pad as recommended on the site on how to use xmt 360. just ordered 6 of the pads of various colors. I will llet you know how it turns out

that is why you do a test spot and check every spot you polish. I use an orange pad and Menzerna Finsh Polish and have not had any problems on a few different cars. Doing another one this weekend the same way.

I will have to give the orange pad + poliseal a try. The green pads soak up way to much polish for my liking as I tried them initially. If the orange pad + poli works out to an LSP rdy finish I will be a happy camper. Also need to order some OS to add to the PS to increase durability

I have used Pinnacle XMT 360 in light colors but on black cars the best is Menzerna Super Finish (Nano), followed by Pinnacle Liquid Souveran.

Ok, here are the results of my Klasse AIO experience. As previously mentioned I understood a 1 step process to be correcting, polishing, protecting, in 1 step thats what Klasse AIO, XMT 360, etc. do for you. After the general cleaning, claying, hit the car with one of these and walk away. All this of course is dependent on condition. This particular car (Mazda Tribute) was not bad just dirty and the paint was a little dull.

Process:
Megs NXT soap
Clay
Klasse AIO

The pics are not great forgot my real camera so snapped these with iphone but i think there good enough that you can see the difference. No sun that day either it was a little chilly. The last pic is proof positive thats one happy customer.:D

I have used poli-seal with an orange pad and got no extra marring and it actually got rid of some pretty good swirling.

You would like a product with 40-60% cut and a smooth finish. Major point is to work the product until all the various aluminium oxides are finished.

Thanks for that feed back I have a horrible Honda Civic coming up this weekend I will try to take pics for you guys. Gonna go with the Orange + poli-seal and see how it does... The door handles alone will be 30mins or more of hand rubbing scratch-X in them.

The lady ran up on the yellow curb all the way down a spiral parking garage ramp... Not just one touch and off like road the curb around the entire curb. I tested a spot with clay and that should get most of the yellow off... But you can imagine the other type of issues the paint has considering that action.

Shame it's a family member, Can't really charge for the amount of time I am going to put in to this one!

For the peanuts I am working for I do not want to do more then a 1 step polish... Unless I get really bored I may try a coat of Black hole after the car sits and throw some Max wax over that. :dblthumb2: I definitely am not doing a 2 step correction process...
