Bought WHEEL WOOLIES 1" boars hair lug brush for 17.99 on 3/28/13. I have used it a dozen times. Today it fell apart. The rubber that holds the hair in place split in half and fell out of handle, half the hair is in handle other have on floor . I paid a lot of money hoping to get a quality brush, but I received an inferior product. Needless to say I am disappointed and don't recommend this brush.

Sorry, where did u buy it?

Call customer service and have a picture of the bad brush handy. I am sure they will take care of you. Honestly, when I looked at them a few months back I thought they would fall apart and didn't push the button on them.

Suffolk or Nassau?

Mine fell apart as well but did so more "Cleanly" than yours. The whole epoxy block holding the hair fell out of the handle. I used super glue to get it back in and it seems to be holding up.

I was very tempted to buy these. I ended up spending a little more and got the Auto Finesse hog hair brushes. They seemed a bit better on construction with the wooden handle plus they looked alot nicer. When i looked at the wheel woolie ones in person they didnt seem as nice as you could see silicone around edges holding the bristles in.

Get the RaceGlaze Brushes. They may not look as fancy, but a year later mine haven't lost a single hair.

They make a bigger one than this that doesn't come with the set. This is the one is used 99% of the time. Its likely been used 50+ times.

problem with the raceglaze. They have to short of bristles for some wheels. I have the Swissvax detail brush and its basically same thing the bristles are to short thats why I got the AutoFinesse ones they have much longer hairs to help get deeper in small cracks and crevices

Do two of them come in the pack? Are they different sizes?

Contacted AG cust. service and as always they immediately addressed my problem. They have sent me a replacement. Thanks AG!

Maybe I have a bad batch, and even though mine aren't falling apart, I always lose a few brush hairs every time I use my RaceGlaze brushes.

They're still quite functional, and there's plenty of brush left, so it's not a problem. Yet. :)

I just posted recently about how i liked this brush but sure enough, it fell apart yesterday after only using it on about 10 cars. Darn, these brushes work well but the glue holding the bristles in must be harbor freight quality. Maybe i'll contact ag
