The blue pad was used for polishing with the FPII. It is made by "hi buff". I buy them locally. The white 3m waffle pad was used with the 106ff: that is the combo that really kicks butt!! It won't get out the abrasions of the wet sanding; that's why I am waiting to go stateside to pick up my products that are waiting for me.Nica said:Hey richy, which pad did you use for polishing? The blue or the white? Excuse my ignorance but what do you mean "The blue is a hi buff"? Could you please explain.

I am going to have to practice on my fx35 with the presta. My 3 year old walked by it with a plastic stool and put 3 scratches in it!!I have filled it in with touch up paint and clear and built it above the surface. Now I just need to wet sand and polish, but I want to use the presta on it. I am confident I'll get them to disappear completely...I'll post pics when I do the job.
