Removing swirls from my wife"s black 2007 Toyota Camry. Using orange pads, and white pads. I noticed thay the pads are turning black after using Using Meguires 105/205 combination. Is this too agressive? I have Menzerna Final Polish that I can use. Can you recommend what pads to use? The car looks great so far. The black paint was only noticed on the lower panals not on the rest of the car.

I don't think it is your paint. You would know if you burnt your clear coat (in most cases). Did you use the two bucket method when washing? or did you clay? I agree is is probably dirt that was not fully removed during washing or claying.
