This is my son's FXDL turned out great.

Here's how I did it.

Did a small bit of disassembly, including removing the seat, the side cover, the front fender, and the sissy bar.

1. Generous rinse in water. (no power washer)
2. CarPro's Reset Intensive Car Wash
3. Wolfgang's Clay with Chemical Guys Clay Lube
4. Wolfgang Uber Compound (used for spot correction)
5. Wolfgang Total Swirl Remover
6. Wolfgang Finishing Glaze
7. NevrDull
8. Gyeon Prep
9. Gyeon CanCoat

The machine was Griot's G8. I used the Boss Hard cutting bad with the Uber compound. The Boss Orange cutting pad with the Total Swirl Remover. The Boss yellow perfecting pad with the Finishing Glaze.
