I've done some fairly interesting details from Jr. Dragsters, to street rods and street machines. This '34 was a real gem. It was purchased by a friend just a couple of months ago. It had been restored in the mid 80's to original condition. It has laquer paint that is super soft. I was amazed at how soft the paint was. I was using a soft bristle brush to clean some compound (left by the original painter!!!) from some joints and left some brutal scratches. But they buffed out pretty easily. The paint looks black but it is actually blue. See the complete set of pics in my gallery. I hope you enjoy, I'm proud as can be and the owner was completely surprised at how the 20 year old paint turned out. My Dad and Partner in Crime...errr...business is in the back ground.
:awesome:

Process included:
Megs 80
Megs 7
Souveran Paste (I love this stuff)

Just stunning. Very cool that you detailed something like that '34. I always wonder what that car has seen in its history.

Looks great, do you have any more full shots of the car?

Thanks for all the great words. The owner is picking up the car on Sunday, I'll try to get some more pics before then.
