This vehicle is very special to my client. It was a 50[SUP]th[/SUP] birthday gift from his wife. Vehicle is pretty much all original and hold NCRS certification. Some panels had been resprayed many moons ago. Paint was full of swirls, hard water spots/etching and some heavier scratches. I attempted to preserve as much as correct.

The ‘details’:

Adam’s tire and rubber cleaner.
Adam’s shampoo.
McKee’s37 N914 waterless wash.
Dodo born slippery clay lube.
‘Real’ clay bar.
Scangrip lighting.
DeFelsko PTG’s.
HF Hercules, Flex machinery.
Assortment of pads.
Meg’s M110/M210 and Menzerna P085RD.
Optimum panel wipe.
McKee’s37 Hi-def paint sealant.
Adam’s glass cleaner.
Adam’s interior cleaner/detailer.
BETA test silicon free matte tire dressing. (No, Lonnie, I can not give out any details about this. LOL)
Metro vacuum.

Thank you for looking!

Great work as usual...BUT that is NOT a 58', it's a 59 or 60. The 1958 has a couple 1 year only features. The first was a fake, louvered hood and second were 2 large, chrome pieces on the trunk

Some of those pics really show what a wizard you are Scott

Thanks everyone! Appreciate the comments!

OK, I'm not a vette expert, so I will stand corrected, I guess it's not a 1958. Was going on the markings on the taillights that were marked/stamped 1958!

That thing shines harder than Forest Brooks at a Dean Martin roast....:xyxthumbs:

Oh yeah, older cars did that and surely from 1958-60, not sure about replacement tails back then though.

Sweet! I swear every old Corvette's paint looks like that. Even at car shows. I'm always amazed that these guys have these incredible antiques and they just look terrible. Thank goodness they were smart enough to bring it to you.

Foster Brooks. He was from my neighborhood in Louisville. His brother wrote Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer.

He also never touched a drop of alcohol in his life....

Amazing work as always!!! How did you address the chrome trim around the windows?

I have a 1965 corvette coming next week and it has the same chrome trim, but it looks more weathered than this one. This will be my first antique and dont want to ruin anything.

Thank you!

I polished it using the finishing polish and a used pad to try to bring it back to life. Then it got sealed with the rest of the surfaces.
