This process is following a complete restoration of the vehicle:

Exterior

The owner decided not to have the vehicle wetsanded after it was painted, so there is still some orange peel.

-Meg's QD to remove dust and fingerprints from reassembly
-DG 105
-Meg's Aluminum Polish on chrome
-3M Plastic Polish on Taillights and Parking Lights
-Meg's Hyper Dressing on Tires

Interior

Leather is all original

-Meg's APC with a soft bristled brush on all Leather (aka Toothbrush)
-PB PwS on black area of Dash
-PB Leather Stuff on all Leather
-Meg's Aluminum Polish on Chrome
-3M Plastic Polish on all Gauge Faces

Wow. “A thing of beauty is a joy forever…” Great work on this wonderfully restored SL. I’m a real sucker for the older SL’s and this one is a jewel. Even with a little orange peel, he’ll nab some trophies with this car, thanks to you. Outstanding job. ;)
 
Nothing new to add...I just keep coming back to look again and again. That's the best compliment I can make!!
 
48 yr old leather, unreal!! Is it the orginal engine and how many miles on that puppy?
 
Engine is original, I can't remember the mileage.
