This one was delivered the night before from Miami and boy, did they save the best one for last.
I can't imagine the last time it was even cleaned and to top it off, someone did a number on it with a wool pad it seems.
Just like with the Mongoose Vette, i had to do more than a one step here.
3M black and blue pads with compound and finishing polish, some interior cleaning, engine cleaning and light polishing of the chrome.
I wish i could have done a full correction.

Seems like there is still a lot of marring for having done two steps. Was the paint exceptionally hard?

I did a two step just because one step would not have been nearly enough. Normally i will not perform any work that the owner is not paying for. In this case, because of the additional work given to me, i decided to make the car look at least presentable.
So, despite having done the two steps, they were not performed to the level of a job that i would have been fully compensated for.
I will not get involved in a multi hour job if the owner is willing to pay for much less. This client though, is a very good client of mine and because of that i will go the extra mile for him.

still another great job! think i have seen this car on pass time. hope i never try to race him for titles. is it street legal? hp? id guess high 11s/130 in 1/4 mile.
