Very nice. Mind putting up the process? Single stage single step correction? Or base pat clear coat? What did you use to buff the chrome?

Im sure he is busy but +1 on the process.

Did you guys just roll that out of a paint booth? Sure looks like it! Great work!!!!

Wow... the owner must have been beyond words. What a transformation! Great work.

I would also like to know more details regarding process, etc

Very nice turnaround Anthony!! I'm sure you put a good number of hours in on that one. These types of transformations are the most rewarding in the end. They're also great for the word of mouth of your company and provide stellar marketing photos too.

Great work!! I too am very interested in what steps you took to achieve the finish and what products you used with what machines. Any roadblocks along the way forcing you to get creative with your techniques?

I know the above is asking a lot of a guy as busy as you, but hopefully as you get time you'll be able and willing to address some of the questions about process/product.

Thanks for taking the time to post such great photos.

Have a wonderful day!!

Thanks Guys! Im just taking a quick break in the office (Been detailing a King Air C90 All day) -. Kind of rushing so Im sorry for not responding individually to each comment. To correct the paint we worked Panel by panel until it was near flawless and then moved to the next. We used a makita rotary and a porter cable with 4 inch pads. Cut was with a similar compound to the cutting abilities of M105 - We polished with M205 - Topped that With M no. 7 - and topped that with collinite 845. Each panel took a different amount of steps, some as many as 8 or 9 times. Other products aren't sold here on AG and out of respect for AG I won't mention them. The owner was super happy and has all ready booked us next weds and thurs with about 8 cars to detail :dblthumb2: Thanks for looking and for the compliments!

There is just nothing like a RR. Nice work.

You bet !

Thanks guys!

Was I able to sufficiently answer everyone's questions?!?!? If not, Im sorry- Im constantly on the go! Worked on a car today and airplane for the rest of the day - have a boat, aircraft, and huge media event for a major car manufacture tomorrow (9 sports cars needing details in a VERY small window of time). Im not trying to avoid you all lol! Just slammed!

The sun shots reflecting in the sea of black ink are stunning.
Warehouse reminiscent of a Nashville production company.

Night and day!! Amazing!

FACT, did you know that canadian geese are one of the few animals that mate for life.

Love the test spot photos! Grey old paint with a rich inky black square in it!
