1987 Regal Turbo T (WE4), paint correction

Great job! Ever since High School I really liked Grand Nationals. A guy who was a couple years ahead of me had one and he had a smokin' blonde as well.... lucky dog!
 
That car looks stunning!

I'm sure the owner told you how rare that car is, 1 of 1547, so it had to be an honor to work on it! Does it have the optional aluminum brake drums?

What kind of times does it run? Any idea about its mods?

Actually the owner didn't say anything and I thought it was just a Regal T-Type, but the side badges did seem odd to me. After I posted it on Facebook someone corrected me on the model and noted how rare it actually was. No idea on the brakes, sorry.

He said he just had the motor redone and was going to be tuning it and bringing it to the track in the next coupe weeks. He was aiming for high 10's!!! :wow::righton:

I had to laugh when he noticed I removed all the rubber from the exhaust pipes. :D

As usual, my friend, fantastic job! I remember my father selling those brand new. He had ordered a turbo T type in for our dentist. Love the star burst shots too!!
 
I feel like I can dip my fingers through that paint. OUTSTANDING!
