Hi! I would like your recommendation on something. I have a 1993 Ford Taurus SHO and I was planning on doing some paint correction on it. It has swirl marks and oxidation. It has never been buffed before so it has alittle abuse. I was therefore planning on getting the Porter Cable 7424 intro pad kit. And someone recommended the products: BlackFire SRC Compound and Polish and then the wet diamond all finish protectant. Do you feel that these compound and polish will be safe for my paint? Someone has told me that clearcoats around that time were pron to failing. And the products listed above seem to be for some kind of products for a special type of clearcoat. Here are some pictures: DSC_0131.jpg photo by FordTaurusSHO93 | Photobucket and DSC_0128.jpg photo by FordTaurusSHO93 | Photobucket. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!! and ps. i do intend on being all my products from AutoGeeks and that should help! lol

The Blackfire SRC Combo should work fantastic on your paint. I would watch this entire video to see the process. Even though they use the Flex 3401, the same process will apply with the Porter Cable.

So these products are safe even though they are for Scratch resistant clear coat? And thanks for the link! I just finished watching it, it was very informative.

That was a very well put together video. Very informative. Those two guys work well together. Makes me want to order up some Blackfire to try out.
