I thought they (GM) went with s/b Chevs in those, not the Poncho engines? I thought the Poncho's were all done by 80? I remember seeing shakers with both 4.9 Litre (301) as well as 5.0 Litre (305). I had an 81' Riv w/ an Olds engine in it, LOL, crazy back then!

Thanks! I'll have to add a tin to my next order. I'll be curious to read your thoughts on collinite 915. I have a tin of that but have yet to use it (along with much of my winter purchases).

Rick. I have 915. Used it on the girlfriends car. She goes to school in florida so most of the time, her car is in the garage. But she left in august last year, and it was still beading very very well come December. In Pensacola, it rains a lot too. Now, as for ease of applying....well...less is certainly more. It goes on fairly easy, but getting it off sucks. Even the slightest areas of heavier wax applications require more elbow grease. For the durability, it's certainly comparable to 845 but a lot more of a PITA to remove
