I know a couple guys sent me pm and emails about my temporary place holder site site. I told them the new site would be up May 1st so I'm 2 days late(problem uploading photos). I'm glad to say it's up and running. have a click around. I guess it helps the site if I get some traffic clicking around. If you haven't had a chance to like my Facebook page there's a link from the site. The site was one of those do it yourself jobs so it's not the most advanced but it seems to get all the info across. Let me know what you think.

nothing? No news is good news? Where is everybody? Everyone must be out detailing cars.

I like the service suggestion at the end of the services page, and I would say put some interior pics too although the ones you have look really nice. Overall a good site IMO people usually visit sites to get some more info and you defenitly have that covered. Wish I could have something like that

Mike,

I think your website looks pretty good. Your prices and services are reasonable and I like some of your examples...Nice frequently asked questions section too!

Good luck!! :props:

I like the FAQ page, I'm going to do that on my site.

Nice Website...
You may want to add: What is the difference between a car was and car detailing yo the FAQ... Seems basic, yet you will be surprised how many don't know what a "detailing" is.

This +1

It also might be beneficial for some website owners to make this page very self explanatory.

A brief description of the process is so as not to confuse.

Then a short "why/how does this affect your car paint/appearance/value" ..... you know something to get them thinking/scare them about a process that they may not have considered.

Then a brief description as to how its solved and the benefits in layman's terms/

Because people are generally visual, a few before and afters or 50/50's to show the problem and then the problem being solved.

Please check the spelling on the site. You spelled licensed wrong under you FAQ's. I would put a list of products that you use. You state that you use a waterless wash what about the other products you use. Are you a "Green Detailer" ? Another suggestion I would make is in the photo gallery can you make the photographs a sideshow? It would enhance your site and make it a bit easier to add photos.

Just my 2 cents.

In The $100 detail, you say you wax then polish. Did you want it that way?

Thanks for the feedback. I was looking for a second set of eyes and you guys provided it. I will go in tonight and make some corrections and additions. I will change the spelling, see if there is a slideshow option, maybe add the car wash question, clarify the one step aio. I want to see if there is a option for a mobile version so it looks better on an iPhone. It was set up on yahoo small business cost with set up fee and 1 year hosting about $140 it took us 3 nites to put it together maybe 12 hrs. The products I use are 99 percent from a local chemical company C.A.R. products in Holyoke ma. They don't pay me to advertise their products so I'm not mentioning them on my site. I use a rinseless wash onr and a chemical guys Eco pod. so very low water usage am I a green detailer? Depends on your definition. Thanks guys (and detail chick)

Meant the full detail says that

I noticed that as well. Decent site. Maybe in your gallery, throw up some pics of a full detail (I noticed in all the captions that they were "express/mini" details) Also would rec showing some of your interior work, I know most people are focused on how the inside looks and just want a clean shiny exterior. Nicely done since you did it yourself!!!:dblthumb2:

No need to buy me anything. you can use my list. If we got 10 detailers together to come up with a list of FAQ I'm sure all our lists would be pretty much the same.

Thanks Bro!

Not sure that I'll use it exactly as you have it, but you gave me some great ideas

Sure you don't want a bottle of Nu Finish?!?!?

Looks great. Its easy to use, the colors work and your logo is awesome. I like the "On-site...in your driveway!" part on the front page. It lets people know how convenient your service is and it lets thew know right away. It's one of the first things I noticed.
