2 questions about opti-coat 2.0

Optimum Opti-Coat 2.0 is a hard permanent coating. It's a revolutionary new product and is reportedly harder than the actual clear coat on your vehicle. Although harder, its application is much thinner and contains no filling or leveling properties.

The key using these products is in the surface preparation "prior" to its application.

Removing as many surface defects as possible prior to applying Optimum Opti-Coat 2.0 will yield the best looking results.

To mechanically remove finish defects the surface must be abraded therefore choose a compound and polish that contains abrasives.

Klasse All-In-One is a chemical cleaner and contains no abrasives...

It can be applied outdoors but do it in the shade and be sure it's a dry day...

It can be applied outside. Keep it out of direct sunlight and I would look for a day its going to be below 90 degrees ambient. Direct sunlight or high temp can cause the first stage of curing to happen rather quick giving you less time to correct spots the easy way (applicator or mf towel).

So look for a low wind (no wind? :D) day and I would try to park in the shade of a building not a tree, who knows what will fall off the tree while you are working. OR find a buddy willing to let you pull your vehicle into his garage for 12 hours in exchange for a 12 pack of beer that he can watch the Olympics with ;).

so Can I drive right after or do i have to wait?
