Well i am new at this, so be kind
My daily driver is a black sentra that i have really let go. I haven't washed it in about 2 years. I have been doing a lot of reading on the forum and finally pulled the plug on a bunch of materials. I do a lot of detailing on my family's cars so I needed to try out a "quick" intensive detail that i could use on my negligent parent's cars.
Here's my process:
Wash -- 1oz:1gallon of Dawn:water
Clay -- Mothers Clay Kit
Polish -- Mezerna Intensive Polish w/ Lake Country Orange Pad PC 7424xp
Finishing Polish -- Klasse AIO by Hand w/ Microfiber Applicator
Sealant -- Klasse High Gloss Sealant by Hand w/ Cotton Applicator
Wax -- Collinite 845 w/ Lake Country Blue Pad PC 7424xp
I am INCREDIBLY impressed with the results. The car has 120k on it, never garaged sitting under sap trees and in New England weather most of its life. There are some deep scratches and sap pitting that were unrepairable without wet sanding. I don't care enough to invest the time or effort so this is as good as she gets.
Now to the pics!
Ahhh there it is:
Practicing for the big yellow machine in the back
One pass of the Mezerna
The wing was especially bad:
Polish done:
Klasse AIO done:
KSG complete after curing for 1 hour
Wax spread -- so impressed with the Collinite 845
All done!
