2000 White FRC Corvette and Playboy Models

Thank you Ed for posting that review, I absolutely will never forget seeing the vette at the hotel wrapped in plastic! Forever a great Detail Fest memory! And I am glad Chris enjoyed the Liquid Souveran, looked great on the vette.

Just a humble suggestion from your truly:

Since the pics of the models @ DeatailFest always create some kind of tension in the forum, I suggest, and this is just a humble suggestion, for members to refrain from posting them here. I'm not a moderator, but I think that if something offends a member, and as killr said, to keep everyone happy, just don't show the pics anymore.

I'm the type of person that wants everybody happy, and for that, this post. I would to that, overall for respect of the members of this forum. Not trying to create a fire, just to keep a happy forum.

I absolutely loved how it was wrapped - great idea!!!! was it saran wrap? not half as tacky as blue painters tape, yet it looked effective - was it?
i had to laugh when i saw it.
now i know what to do!!!!!!!!

You done a nice job for your friend. I like the girls too, even at my age.

Lauren,

The plastic is carpet wrap. It can be found at any home repair store. In new homes you lay the wrap down on the carpet to keep stains and etc off the new carpet while the home is shown. It is very tacky but comes off with limited residue. It was tested to 135 by us and 165 by another friend at Road Atlanta back stretch with no issues! :o I am taking a trip this weekend to Tampa and will be wrapping the car again. I'll get pics this time also b/c the love bugs are close to coming out in full speed!

Ed,

Thank you my friend. You have busted your butt on this car since we became friends. Since then it has been published and photographed more then any other vette I know of here locally. You truely have a knack and talent and it shows by the shine and the way you take care of the car. You folks just be prepared to see the next project I have in mind! :D He has his work cut out of him. I have no doubt in my mind he can make it better then new! :p

This is real nice. Yea I'm talking about the car (right?)

Damnnnn! I like girls.
Ok, how much to get the girl in Kilrwheels avatar to pose by my car?

Next time post pics of cars

I know. I guess I was talking to myself there. I had been on this forum for hours and had
actually forgotten about everything not autogeek related. I snapped out of it though.

It was a free shoot ... just a couple hand prints and a butt print needing to be removed from the paint the next morning, well worth it as we all got to act like young boys again for but (no pun) a moment.

After i use souveran on my car for the first time this tuesday i'm going to try to get someone to pose by my car. i live in scenic socal so i'll find a good spot with palm trees in the background.
or maybe lauren can send me some pics that i can photoshop into my car's pic.
haha. ok. ok. i'll stop now.
