2000 Z-71 Minor Paint Correction: XMT1/LS Spray Wax

This truck belongs to the cust I did the VW with 180. Anyway, I was just going to do 360 and get it over with. But I had time so I decided to hit it with XMT 1, orange lo-pro and my udm at speed 6. I do have to say that when XMT dries it looks like corn meal. Big, yellow dust. Luckily I was outside to the wind carried most of the dust off. The truck needs deeper correction, but I did this to be nice. I did 50/50 on the hood and the 1 took off haze and removed minor swirls, like it's supposed to. So I was happy. Eventually I will do more correction on the truck, then I do 3 with the Yellow foam pad. All in all XMT 1 pretty good stuff.

RL Exterior Tire and trim on tires

STP Son of a Gun foam on wells
RL QD wipe down on chrome

Looks good Dust. That truck actually looked in deascent conditions, surprising becuase most trucks that I see are all beat up and require lots of paint correcting but then again pictures are one thing copared to seeing it in person.

Truck looks good, love your signature shot. I don't know what it is, the angle or something but it just looks good :righton:

I think the orange pad had a lot to do with the correction.... I had the same color combo on my '99 Silverado. UPP and Natty's made the paint glow .

im definately diggin the XMT line, hopefully soon i have two prospective paint corrections to do and I wanna put XMT 3 & 1 against my Menz. IP & FP to see which is actually better. Do half and half on the hood.
