2000s Dodge pickups interior problems

Has anyone else trouble with the interiors of these trucks? Had a couple of them lately and the interior vinyl I simply can not get clean. Right now I'm using the Tornador with detail king soap in it and I cant get anywhere with it(I tried their pink power and it was actually worse)

Any suggestions or hints? Will steam possibly be the ticket?

If it was me I would use steam then after steaming with the material still warm agitate it with apc and brush, then wipe dry if there is no change after three tries then leave it be before something wrong happen, and if unclean-able then let the customer know that those key areas are stained permanently with contamination, and will need redye, replacement, etc

Be careful with the dash in those trucks...brittle (very brittle) plastic.
