2001 Suburban inner fenderwells

What type of product could be used in the fenderwell area? It has some hard plastic and the rest is metal that looks like it has sprayed-on bedliner material.
I am looking for something to help faded look. You can see large area between tire and fender and behind the tire.

Solution Finish, Tuf shine, Megs all season dressing. Does each fender well need complete coverage?

Chemical Guys Bare Bones. Clean, spray your done. Leaves a nice black look. If you have a concrete driveway, water down first as it will stain.

Paint it then treat. It. Sprayable silicone will just wash off.
