Hey guys, here a basic detail I did yesterday, wasn't to bad, only about 4 hours, but again it was for another friend, so of course had to discount it a little, I think I'm to nice, anyway here is the details on the detail.

The Procedure:

  1. First presoak with ## Kiss Off APC in gallon sprayer, second presoak with DG 901 in Foam Gun, one bucket wash with DG 901 and Cobra Bone and Cobra MF Scrub Pad, cleaned wheels and tires with ## Rim and Tire Cleaner, dried with Guzzler WW and PB SG.
  2. Did not clay.
  3. Cleaned paint with Optimum Poli Seal and Orange WW Edge Pad with DA on 5, no swirl removal.
  4. Waxed with PB Natty's White X1.
  5. Cleaned windows with Stoners IG.
  6. Dressed tires with Megs. Hot Shine Spray and topped with Megs. Hot Shine Gel, dressed trim and wheelwells with ## Blue Dressing.
  7. Cleaned interioer with Megs. #40 and Lexol Leather Dressing. Cleaned windows with Stoners IG, cleaned carpets with water/woolite mix. Misted carpets with ## New Car Air Freshener, new addition to all my details.

Looks awesome. Great work!

Outstanding in only 4 hours WOW! I didn't think the interior was that nasty until I saw the after, WOW what a difference. Great turnaround on the paint too!! I love the color contrast between the upper and lower part of the panels. The paint looks outstanding, the flakes are poppin! Well done!

Awesome job as always...WOW 4 hours, now that's kicking butt! Got a big boy setting outside now and it's nasty, doing some before church and after. I think it's going to take me about 7 or 8 hours.
Anyhoo, great job love the reflections.....

Vehicle looks sharp, sure brought back life to the paint...maybe it was just me but on the before pictures the paint just looked so dul and dead...the interior is quite nice though...question what extractor are you using again?

Very nice detail, thank you for sharing.

The dull paint you saw was probably on the hood cause it had been repaited and they didn't do the best job, and I didn't use an extractor, just a carpet brush and mfs.

WOW! Looks pretty good! But wait, no engine detail???

No didn't do the engine, I try to stay away from that unless they specifically ask, not that I won't, but that an area that things might go wrong in and since I'm not insured yet, you get the picture.

I see. I never detailed a Mazda engine, maybe because I simply never had a Mazda.
