2002 Nissan Sentra Extreme Makeover

A lot of time put into that car, but I am sure your friend was more then please. Everyone likes to play with black cars but for some reason red really shows a great change especially when getting close to oxidized.

Thanks Meghan, Yes he was very pleased. He could not believe everything that I had done to the car. He was not expecting it.

In reality I did spend way more time on this car than I probably should have, but after testing out a few products to try and speed up my process by cutting down on the number of steps I would need, I just decided to go all out. I couldn't resist. :D

I also took this as an opportunity to get some practice with my rotary buffer (taping everything up to be as careful as possible of course) since I have only buffed on a few panels before.

Nice work Mr. B!!! :dblthumb2: But, I just curious if using your finishing polish (#205) combined with polishing / finishing foam pad using rotary (got to try it 1st on test spot) could bump the shine up a notch? Like there're hidden potentials on the paints.

Thanks.

It's very possible that M205 combined with the rotary could produce superior results in the final polishing step. However with my limited experience using the rotary as well as limited time available to finish this car, I stuck with what I knew and was comfortable with and that was my G100. I knew I could finish hologram free with M205 and my G100.

If you have the time, the best way to find out would be to do some experimenting on a test spot like you mentioned. :xyxthumbs:

Amazing work! And even better documentation!! Can I be your friend too? :-)
