2003 Black Porsche Boxter S 2 Step with Opti-Guard - Garry Dean - Tampa, FL - Premium Custom Detailing

Richie if you follow the link save yourself plenty of time on garbage and just go to page 8 for good explanation of bumping for dollars.

I'm glad we all understand now why I bump my threads.

When I bump the thread goes to the top. That means more exposure for the hard work I put into producing the videos.

With that said... BUMP!

Great work Gary! What buffer did you use to achieve those correction, rotary or DA?

The owners must of been very happy with the results.

Do you use DA or rotary more? I been using Dewalt at work a lot and really like how much cut it has, but its leaves a lot of holograms.

And what kind of pads did you use with M105?

I use the rotary less than use a d/a. I do a good amount of AIO and true one steppers and I just use a d/a for those. When I do milti step correction work I generally cut with a rotary and polish with a d/a, but I sometimes use the rotary for polishing as well.

Porsche paint is generally soft so on this one I used my GG d/a and Sonus orange 5.5" pads to cut then LC white to polish.

What size canopy are you using? What brand? Another great video Garry.

Thank you,
Don

Nothing better than a perfectly polished black Porsche. Great video. We worked on an '01 Carrera that had similar paint problems. Used 105/205 and achieved excellent results. Great work.

Thanks, Don. That is a 12 X 12. I am going to purchase a 10 x 20.
