This is my first Show n Shine as i just recently figured out how to imbed photos. i know i probably screwed it up but...
There was a recent thread asking about "favorite cocktails" and it got me thinking about when i used to practice some. This customer simply wanted a 1 step and after several test spots i decided on a combo of HD Speed and a little Menz FG400. This was used with my flex 3401 and orange hybrid pads...about 8 of 'em!
I considered the working time and properties of both Speed and FG400. I let FG400 slightly flash when i work only with that and that work time may overwork the Speed. Plus the fact i like to leave some Speed on the paint and don't wipe off until i've applied it to the entire vehicle. Speed wipes off sooooo easily even after a long dwell time! While those 2 product work times may contradict, i found a happy medium of more correction ability blending with some residual LSP. Because he is a neighbor i will monitor the durability of Speed.
