2004 Cadillac WG Coating

Here are some pics of a recent Cadillac XLR I coated. It is a 2004 and as you can see in the before pics is pretty rough. The car required headlight restoration, color correction and decontamination. To complete the job I used Menzerna Medium and Super Finish. For the coating I used WG Uber Coating. The coating took about 50 minutes to apply. Other products used were Nano Synthetic Clay bar, Mckee's 37 N-914, LC Pads and Flex 4301.

Looks great - don't believe I've seen a blue one like that. Of course, I haven't seen any in quite awhile. The car is based on a Corvette chassis with a different body and motor. How long was the whole job? 6-8 hours?

Great job, the paint is dripping wet!

I actually saw an XLR-V last week, that cranberry color and it too looked like it could've used some attention. Did you guys know that the XLR-V was the first Caddy with an MSRP of $100K:xyxthumbs:
