Wow, that thing looks new. Excellent work Dean. Do you think you can go into more detail how you restored the headlights? I usually just clay the head lights and it gives me good results. Do you think a light polish on 95% new headlights will not leave any marring?

That is my standard Headlight restoration kit.
Are the "95% new" headlights in need of a polish? Is there visible fading on the lenses? Regrading marring: I wouldn't answer that question . Doesn't sound like they need a "restoration".
If it bothers you: Go with the least aggressive method first. Maybe some Megs PlastX by hand. Test on a small section, use a flashlight and inspect results.
As an update: I get to see the vehicle every once in a while at the parking lot at work. It's holding up nicely and thankfully she hasn't put the stupid bra back on!
