My neighbor is going to sell this black Altima, something like 116,000 miles. I used pre-soaked towel method in ONR, Pinnacle clay w/ONR as a lubricant, Optimum II polish w/ white LC pads, waxed by hand w/with Mother's Reflections Advanced Wax. I waxed by hand because the owner wasn't in a hurry and sometimes I like to feel the paint and lines of the car.

I steam cleaned the engine and treated with Aerospace 303 and Black Wow.

Yeah, It's a Maxima. I was tired and the brain wasn't cooperating.

lol , yep great job on the Max mate ! Lovely engine detailing also !

The challenge in this detail is that clearcoat failure has already started. I know that for many, detailing a car is a luxury but in reality, it's not. Cars are expensive and people take them in every 5,000 miles or so to get the oil changed, etc and it's reasonable to have the clearcoat of a car professionally treated (polished, decontaminated, clayed, waxed) once or twice a year. This Maxima served as a $5,000 storage shelf for a year or two. Had they kept it up, they could sell it for a little more.

Bill by your pics I think you did all that you could do! I think its looks great!

they should be able to sell it with no problem.....

Great job Bill.
