2005 BMW 330i ZHP one step correction

Better question would be why no Pilot Super Sport or even why no Hoosiers

Hah. This is my daily, it will get a good set of summer tires eventually :)

Besides, I have a '99 Miata that is my autocross/track car :props:

i've got the same problem and i'm brand new to detailing, i've been thinking of buying a meguiars DA polisher with the microfiber pad that comes with this kit Meguiars G110v2 DA Microfiber Correction System Complete Kit will that fix the problem, or do you guys have any suggestions as to what machine to use, compounds, pads, techniques, etc, any help would be appreciated. my car is black, and like you i took it in to have door dings and scratches fixed and polished out to minimize visibility, first shop left hazing on a small area, so i took it to a second shop to have them take that out, they didnt, instead they polished the whole door and left holograms all over it that looks horrendous under the sun, if i go over the already polished twice area will i burn through whatevers left of my clear coat? any way to tell how much i have left and if its safe for further polishing?

To tell how much clear coat is left you will need a paint gauge (expensive). Is your car new(er)? Your chances of burning through clear coat with the DA are slim, but you will still need to be careful. Without knowing what the paint condition is it is hard to tell over the interwebs. You can always start your own thread with pictures/details in the appropriate sub-forum for more help.

Chances are you will be able to fix the blemishes with the MF finishing disc and the finishing product in that kit, but I haven't used that stuff personally.

That's just to funny. My car is exactly the same model as yours, but in black...and I have a '99 Miata, it too in black.

You have good taste.
